About the Role

Reporting to the Crushing Superintendent, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the crushing, screening and conveying circuit. Acting as the link between maintenance, operations and planning teams, you will coordinate maintenance activities, contractor work fronts and shutdown requirements to ensure work is executed safely and on schedule.

Working closely with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Asset Reliability and Planning teams, you will help drive asset performance, reliability, compliance and continuous improvement across the front-end processing circuit.

Based on-site in Greenbushes, this newly created position is offered on a 5/2 roster (40-hour week), with camp accommodation available for DIDO (Drive-in, Drive-out) candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the ongoing success of the world's leading hard-rock lithium operation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate maintenance activities across the crushing, screening, and conveying circuit to maximise plant reliability and performance
  • Develop and maintain short and medium-term maintenance schedules aligned with operational priorities
  • Ensure maintenance work is fully planned, resourced, and ready for execution
  • Coordinate contractors and multiple work fronts to ensure safe, efficient and compliant delivery of work
  • Plan maintenance during shutdowns and outage events to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
  • Collaborate with operations, planning, reliability and supply teams to support maintenance outcomes
  • Monitor maintenance performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, site standards and maintenance processes
  • Maintain accurate maintenance data and reporting within the CMMS
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of site performance targets

About the Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance planning, coordination, or supervisory role within mining, processing, or heavy industry
  • Strong understanding of fixed plant maintenance, particularly within crushing, screening, and conveying operations
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, contractors, and competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Experience using CMMS systems (SAP preferred) and maintenance scheduling tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
  • Qualifications in Maintenance Planning, Asset Management, or Leadership (desirable)
  • Experience with reliability and continuous improvement methodologies (desirable)
  • Exposure to shutdown planning and maintenance scheduling software such as MS Project (desirable)
