Talison Lihtium are offering the opportunity for Electrical Apprentice to join our Infrastructure Department. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual to join our growing team at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation and be part of the global transition to cleaner energy.

The apprenticeship is designed to provide on the job experience whilst simultaneously giving the successful candidate the opportunity to obtain a nationally recognised qualification.

Throughout your apprenticeship

• learn trade knowledge and skills relating to plant maintenance, machinery, processes and systems;
• work towards completing an apprenticeship in conjunction with a nationally recognised training plan through internal and external training (i.e. TAFE);
• work with your hands gaining actual on the job experience;
• gain experience from a range of qualified trade experts; and
• work as part of a team to ensure safe, continuous and environmentally responsible operations.

• a strong work ethic with a commitment to health, safety and environmental work practices;
• motivation to achieve personal goals and objectives, including study and course work;
• the ability to follow direction, while showing initiative and searching for improvement opportunities; and
• current holder of a W.A. driver’s license.
