Greenbushes Lithium Operation

Commencing in January 2026, Talison Lihtium are offering the opportunity for a third-year Electrical Apprentice to join our Maintenance Department. We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and mechanically minded individual to join our growing team at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation and be part of the global transition to cleaner energy.

The apprenticeship is designed to provide on the job experience whilst simultaneously giving the successful candidate the opportunity to obtain a nationally recognised qualification.

Throughout your Apprenticeship, you will:

• learn trade knowledge and skills relating to plant maintenance, machinery, processes and systems;
• work towards completing an apprenticeship in conjunction with a nationally recognised training plan through internal and external training (i.e. TAFE);
• work with your hands gaining actual on the job experience;
• gain experience from a range of qualified trade experts; and
• work as part of a team to ensure safe, continuous and environmentally responsible operations.

About the Candidate:

• completed first 2 years of Electrical Apprenticeship;
• a willingness to contribute toward the success of your team while supporting a positive team culture;
• excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• a strong work ethic with a commitment to health, safety and environmental work practices;
• motivation to achieve personal goals and objectives, including study and course work;
• the ability to follow direction, while showing initiative and searching for improvement opportunities; and
• current holder of a W.A. driver’s license.
