About the Role

Talison are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at our Greenbushes operation in the state’s south-west. This unique opportunity will combine site-based hands on experience with supervisor and peer-based mentoring and coaching from industry leading professionals in the lithium minerals field.

Reporting to Senior Mechanical Engineers within the mining department, this role provides the opportunity to work a 5:2 roster while participating in a structured graduate program designed to engage and promote unrivalled career development opportunities.

About the Candidate

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • a tertiary qualification in Engineering, specifically Mechanical Engineering;
  • graduated from university within the last 2 years; and
  • a willingness to contribute toward the success of your team while supporting a positive team culture.
