About the Role:

As a key support to the Mechanical Online Coordinator, you’ll help drive critical maintenance and lubrication activities across Talison’s Greenbushes Processing Plants, contributing to safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include:

• lubricate the operating process plants;
• operate site forklift or EWP to complete assigned tasks;
• report to the Mechanical Co-Ordinator on the condition of site lubrication systems;
• take oil samples and prepare for dispatch;
• complete inspections of site lubrication infrastructure as directed;
• carry out minor repairs and replacements to lubrication equipment;
• participate in the development and review of work safe procedures;
• audit tool store stock and Lubrication stock and replenish; and
• carry out housekeeping of the lubrication storage area.

About the Candidate:

• understanding of maintenance activities and basic maintenance terminology;
• current WA drivers’ licence with MR truck;
• High Risk Licence for Forklift and EWP would be an advantage;
• understanding of mineralogy and process operation;
• understanding of CCMS;
• experience with fixed plant lubrication would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided; and
• basic understanding of lubrication systems.
