About the Role:

Reporting to the Maintenance Logistics lead, the successful candidate will assist with the operations of the Maintenance team supplying parts to various plants, restocking crib rooms, cleaning the Maintenance areas and assisting with shutdowns.

Responsibilities include:

• providing ad-hoc logistical support to the mechanical and electrical maintenance teams as required;
• on a needs basis relieve the Maintenance Logistics Leading Hand;
• on a needs basis carry out duties during nightshift when rostered on shutdowns;
• staging of all parts and required tooling pre-shut in the required locations;
• general set up for shutdown, ensuring rubbish bins, water bottles smoko rooms are ready and organising the sea containers;
• arranging work packs for Contractors and Supervisors;
• delivery of parts to relevant plants, via either vehicle or forklift;
• ensuring Crib Rooms are well stocked throughout the day;
• ensuring water & icy poles are well stocked; and
• clean up of relevant plants, including returning of stock and repairable items.

About the Candidate:

• Apply First Aid;
• Current ‘C’ class Drivers Licence; and
• Forklift ticket.
