About the Role

Reporting to the Infrastructure Planning Superintendent, the Infrastructure Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, prioritising and scheduling maintenance activities to maximise asset reliability, availability and performance across Talison's infrastructure assets. Working closely with Supervisors and Coordinators, you will play a key role in driving preventative maintenance strategies, optimising maintenance execution and supporting the safe, cost-effective operation of electrical infrastructure and high-voltage assets.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance for electrical infrastructure assets
• Manage maintenance plans, work orders and asset data within the CMMS
• Support asset reliability, availability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor maintenance costs, contractor performance and spare parts requirements
• Provide maintenance planning reports and work schedules to operational stakeholders
• Participate in the after-hours on-call roster as required

About the Candidate:

• Electrical Trade or Electrical Engineering qualification, with a minimum of 5+ years post apprenticeship experience
• Maintenance planning experience within mining, mineral processing or heavy industry
• Experience with high-voltage systems, substations and electrical infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning principles
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Safety-focused with a proactive approach to reliability and continuous improvement
