About the Role

We are looking for safety focused, reliable, adaptable, and positive individuals who are willing to learn with a can-do attitude to join the processing team in the role of Process Operator. This is a permanent, full-time position, working an attractive residential roster consisting of 12-hour shifts (4 days, 4 nights, 8 days off) with accommodation options avaliable for the right candidates.

The primary responsibilities of a process operator include monitoring and recording plant processes, collecting routine samples, housekeeping, making adjustments to ensure product quality remains on target, completing workplace inspections and problem solving when issues arise. Talison will provide extensive on the job training for the right applicant. It is an excellent opportunity to learn all facets of mineral processing or expand your current knowledge.
