About the Role

Reporting to the Electrical Project Delivery Superintendent, this role is responsible for investigating, designing and delivering projects at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently and in an environmentally responsible manner, while meeting operational and business requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• planning, designing and scheduling site based projects to support operational objectives;
• coordinating the delivery of projects to ensure work meets safety, quality and environmental standards;
• providing technical guidance and coordination to contractors, ensuring compliance with site requirements;
• tracking project performance against schedules and budgets, including identifying and managing variations;
• preparing and reviewing project documentation such as scopes of work, tenders and capital expenditure submissions; and
• collaborating closely with site stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams and providing regular project updates.

About the Candidate:

• minimum 5 years’ experience in a project coordination or project delivery role, ideally within a brownfields environment;
• strong capability in project planning and management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and variation management;
• technical experience within mining operations, supported by the ability to interpret mine safety regulations;
• proven experience managing contractors and contracts, including preparation of scopes of work, tenders, bills of quantities and project documentation; and
• well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with strong technical writing ability and solid IT skills (Microsoft Office and project planning tools).
