About the Role

Reporting to the Capital Projects Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing on site project delivery in line with operational requirements. This role coordinates subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensures strict compliance with specifications, and delivers projects on time and within budget. The position primarily focuses on electrical and instrumentation projects.

Responsibilities include:

• lead the onsite delivery of electrical and instrumentation projects, ensuring safe execution, high‑quality outcomes, and adherence to schedule and budget;
• plan, coordinate, and control E&I project activities, including design input, scheduling, materials, and equipment;
• provide technical leadership and day‑to‑day coordination of project teams, conducting regular site walkdowns and progress reviews;
• manage electrical and instrumentation contractors, including scope control, claims and invoice review, and compliance with site safety and environmental standards; and
• track project performance, manage costs and capital expenditure, and communicate clear progress updates to site stakeholders.

About the Candidate:

• unrestricted WA Electrical Licence with Schedule 26 Supervisor qualification, and eligible to be licensed as an Electrical Nominee;
• minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar electrical and/or instrumentation project delivery role;
• demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
• solid understanding of maintenance and project management systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis;
• proven ability to prioritise work, manage multiple projects, and oversee contractor and contract performance; and
• high level of computer literacy and strong knowledge of relevant engineering standards and codes.
