About the Role

Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Manager, the successful candidate will be part of our Enterprise Systems Team, which supports critical business systems and technologies across the organization.

Based at our Greenbushes mine site, this role works closely with our Maintenance, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to provide support for the SAP S4/HANA ERP solution and other key systems used by these teams.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) based at our Greenbushes Lithium Operation. For Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) applicants, we provide comfortable accommodation on site. We also offer flexible working arrangements, including the option to work occasionally from our Perth Corporate office, to support the right candidate’s needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Maintenance and Mining Operations on IST projects, system upgrades, and ongoing support activities;
  • identify opportunities to enhance business processes through technology and convert conceptual user requirements into precise functional or technical specifications;
  • Resolve issues by troubleshooting problems, managing support tickets, and escalating as needed within defined service level agreements;
  • Lead stakeholders through user acceptance and regression testing, providing basic training as needed, and participate in other testing activities as required to ensure successful adoption.;
  • Create and maintain training materials and knowledge-based articles to address common issues and solutions;
  • Coordinate planned outages with stakeholders to minimise business disruption; and
  • Facilitate discussions to resolve competing business and technology priorities among stakeholder groups, escalating issues when appropriate.

 

About the Candidate:

  • tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience;
  • minimum five (5) years’ experience in a business systems analyst or systems support role, ideally working with Tier 1 ERP and enterprise applications such as SAP S4/HANA, Asset Management and Reliability systems, and SuccessFactors;
  • proven ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds;
  • strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing outcomes;
  • demonstrated adaptability, with the ability to learn new skills quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment;
  • team-oriented and self-motivated, with a willingness to work independently and contribute collaboratively; and
  • experience in documentation, including project or maintenance plans, status reports, business cases, and business requirements summaries.
