About the Role

Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Manager, this business‑facing role supports Talison’s core enterprise systems, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other key business applications. The position works closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure systems operate effectively, issues are resolved promptly, and improvements are delivered to enhance business performance.

This full‑time role is based at our Perth Corporate Office, with flexible working arrangements and occasional travel to the Greenbushes site as required.

Responsibilities include:

• providing day‑to‑day system support and resolving issues within agreed SLAs;
• acting as a key contact for business users and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships;
• developing and maintaining system documentation, training materials, and knowledge‑base articles;
• managing change requests, including testing activities and documentation;
• supporting privacy, information security, and audit compliance;
• gathering and documenting business and system requirements;
• translating business needs into clear functional requirements and process maps;
• contributing to system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• assisting with testing cycles, including UAT and defect management; and
• supporting cutover and transition activities for new or updated system releases.

About the Candidate:

• relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems;
• experience supporting ERP or enterprise applications (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud highly regarded);
• strong analytical skills with the ability to document requirements clearly;
• effective communication skills, able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders;
• proactive approach to problem‑solving and prioritising support issues;
• ability to simplify complex information and processes;
• strong attention to detail in documentation, testing and data validation;
• collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and share knowledge; and
• proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
