About the Role

We are seeking a stand-out Senior Corporate Accountant to join our Finance team. This role requires more than attention to detail and technical proficiency – you will bring a proactive mindset, sharp analytical capability, and the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across the organisation.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Play a key, active role in the financial close and reporting cycle, delivering high-quality outputs across internal, statutory, and multiple shareholder reporting requirement
  • Partner with functional leadership, building trusted relationships and delivering commercial insights that influence decision-making and drive business performance
  • Oversee financial performance across corporate functions, delivering accurate and timely reporting with clear visibility on cost drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting across corporate functions, strengthening planning processes and delivering robust, forward-looking financial insights
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, challenging existing processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency, insight, and control

 

About the Candidate:

You thrive on challenges, thinking critically, improving processes, and adding value beyond just reporting.

You’ll bring:

  • CA/CPA qualification
  • 5+ years’ experience in financial / management accounting
  • Strong grounding in financial reporting, planning, and close processes
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with a willingness to challenge and improve existing processes
  • Proven experience partnering with the business to influence outcomes and support decision-making
  • Well-developed analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, a customer-focused mindset, and stakeholder management skills
