About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Electrical Superintendent is responsible for leading the electrical maintenance function at the Greenbushes Operation, ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of critical electrical infrastructure. This key statutory leadership role provides technical guidance across site, drives maintenance and reliability performance, and ensures compliance with legislative requirements and industry best practice standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the electrical maintenance team to safely deliver reliable plant and infrastructure performance across the operation
• Ensure compliance with all electrical statutory, regulatory and site requirements, including fulfilling the responsibilities of the site's appointed Electrical Supervisor
• Provide technical leadership across electrical, instrumentation, control and high-voltage systems
• Drive maintenance planning, resource allocation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise reliability and operational performance.
• Manage electrical maintenance budgets, forecasts and cost performance
• Oversee electrical incident investigations, statutory reporting and engagement with regulatory authorities

About the Candidate:

• Electrical or Instrumentation Trade Qualification with an A Grade Electrical Workers Licence
• Demonstrated leadership experience in electrical maintenance within mining, processing, heavy industry or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical statutory compliance, high-voltage systems and electrical safety management
• Experience with PLC, DCS and field instrumentation systems
• Proven ability to manage maintenance priorities, budgets and team performance
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
