About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the planning superintendent is responsible for leading the maintenance planning, scheduling, and SAP master data governance functions to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the Greenbushes processing facilities. The role ensures optimal performance of key plant assets including crushing, grinding (ball mills), dense media separation (DMS), flotation circuits, and utilities, while embedding best practices aligned with Asset Management standards.

• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
• Online (Weekly) Maintenance
• Shutdown & Campaign Maintenance
• SAP Master Data Governance
• Asset Management (ISO 55001 Alignment)
• Work Management Governance
• Reliability & Continuous Improvement
• Cost & Budget Management
• Leadership & Team Development

About the Candidate:

• Trade qualification or Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / equivalent)
• Postgraduate qualifications in Asset Management (desirable)
• Planning Superintendent experience across mineral processing plants
• Strong knowledge of Crushing, grinding (ball mills), flotation & DMS
• Advanced experience with SAP PM and master data systems
• Proven leadership of planning or maintenance teams
• Understanding of ISO 55000 / 55001 asset management principles
